These terms apply to everyone using babyoftheyear.in, run by . Taking part in the competition is also covered by the official rules. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

Your account

You sign in with an email address or mobile number you own and control. Don't share login codes with anyone. We will never ask you for one by phone, chat or email.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload photos you don't have the right to share, or photos of children who aren't yours.
• Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or outside vote services to vote, and don't trade votes.
• Don't automate, fake or interfere with bonus-vote videos.
• Don't harass, abuse or impersonate other families, or us.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.

We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms.

Content

The site design, logo and text belong to us. Photos belong to the families who uploaded them. Don't copy babies' photos from this site.

Reporting

To report a profile, a photo, or someone offering votes, email support@babyoftheyear.in. We review reports within 72 hours and act on unlawful content as required by the IT Rules, 2021.

Disclaimers

We provide the site “as is” and try to keep it available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
